Initial Consultation with Dr. Carol

Includes an in-depth review of your pet's medical history, records, blood tests, x-rays and other test results. Dr. Carol personally reviews your pet’s records and will consult with you by telephone at a mutually agreeable time.

How It Works

After you register for your initial Consultation with Dr. Carol, she will contact you to request your pet's medical history. Records should be emailed to DrCarol@DrCarol.com or faxed to 440-708-2565. You can also mail copies of your pet's medical records to:

Initial Consultations are good consideration for people that need a second opinion, special attention for complicated health issues (such as cancer, thyroid disease, Cushing's disease, diabetes, Addison's disease) and behavior disorders, or the assurance of having Dr Carol available 24/7 as an active member of your pets health care team.

Consultation Fee includes: Initial review of medical files and history, personal phone consultation, and follow-up by phone or email for 30-days from date of consultation.

Fee for Initial Consultation applies to one pet only. If you have additional pets, we can offer you a Multiple Pet Discount. Just contact us and we'll make arrangements for Dr. Carol to help all your pets!
