After you register for your initial Consultation with Dr. Carol, she will contact you to request your pet's medical history. Records should be emailed to DrCarol@DrCarol.com . You can also mail copies of your pet's medical records to:

Initial Consultations are good consideration for people that need a second opinion, special attention for complicated health issues (such as cancer, thyroid disease, Cushing's disease, diabetes, Addison's disease) and behavior disorders, or the assurance of having Dr Carol available 24/7 as an active member of your pets health care team.

Consultation Fee includes: Initial review of medical files and history, personal phone consultation, and follow-up by phone or email for 30-days from date of consultation.

Fee for Initial Consultation applies to one pet only. If you have additional pets, we can offer you a Multiple Pet Discount. Just contact us and we'll make arrangements for Dr. Carol to help all your pets!
