Return Policy

How do I return an item?
The Return policy begins on the Invoice date printed on the original www.DrCarol.com Sales Invoice. All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase date. The original purchaser must first contact customer service at 866-372-2765 to set up a return. We cannot accept any returns on opened merchandise. If you receive a item that was damaged in shipping please contact us immediately and we will replace the damaged item(s). Any returns for items not damaged or incorrectly shipped will only be refunded for sale price paid shown on invoice less a 20 % restocking fee. There are no refunds on shipping unless you recieve an item shipped in error. This return policy is only applicable to orders placed on www.DrCarol.com.
