Dr. Carol - Coronavirus News Flash to our Patients

Dear Patients of Dr. Carol Osborne, DVM & Chagrin Falls Pet Clinic

A quick email to update you on the current protocol we have adopted in the face of the coronavirus concerns that are shared by all. Dr. Carol wants to ensure you that she is taking steps to be extra vigilant all throughout our Veterinary Clinic and has put many safeguards in place to protect our pet patient parents, and our staff.

We are asking you to please contact us and reschedule an appointment if you have a fever, cough or other coronavirus specific symptoms specifically upper respiratory congestion-like signs. We want to keep our pet patients, our team and their families safe and healthy.

In light of the travel ban that has been put in place, it is essential that you make us aware prior to your pet’s appointment date if you have had any international travel within the prior 30 days so that we may reschedule you to a later date.

Dr. Carol has pro-actively eliminated the handshaking and other gestures you may be used to in efforts to reduce contact. We pride ourselves on our friendly, family-oriented pet practice and trust you understand that this is temporary until the threat is removed.

Thank you for respecting our stance and protecting all the people and their pets that walk through our doors every day.

We look forward to continuing to serve you and your pets in the days, weeks and years to come.

Your Pets Second Best Friend,
Dr. Carol & Chagrin Falls Pet Clinic
