How do I return an item?

The Return policy begins on the Invoice date printed on the original Sales Invoice. All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase date. The credit card receipt must be present for all returns in order to receive a refund. The original purchaser must first contact customer service at 866-372-2765 to set up a return.

If you receive a item that was damaged in shipping please contact us immediately within 48 hours and we will replace the damaged item(s). Any returns for items not damaged or incorrectly shipped must be returned in the original condition with packaging intact and will only be refunded for sale price paid shown on invoice less a 20% restocking fee.There are no refunds on shipping unless you receive an item shipped in error.
