The Return policy begins on the Invoice date printed on the original www.DrCarol.com Sales Invoice. All returns must be received within 30 days of the purchase date.

Please first contact customer service at (855) 372-2765 to set up a return.

If you receive an item damaged in shipping, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will replace the damaged item(s).

Any returns for items not damaged or incorrectly shipped must be received in their original condition with packaging intact. Refunds are issued for the product price paid.

There are no refunds on shipping unless you receive an item shipped in error. This return policy is only applicable to orders placed on www.DrCarol.com.

Dr. Carol’s pet vitamins [PAAWS, PAAWS Plus, and VitaLife] may be returned within 30 days for a full product refund if you are not completely satisfied.
